Our client is a commercial and public works construction company based in Oregon specializing in light civil projects with a focus on concrete and excavation work. The company pursues large-scale commercial and public works projects with a reputation for quality workmanship and professional operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team as a dedicated, full-time estimator working within our client's existing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will own the full bid lifecycle — from plan review and quantity takeoff through bid submission and post-award coordination. This is a critical role where accuracy directly impacts profitability; errors in estimating can result in significant financial losses on a single project. You will be working directly with the owner and will play a key role in the company's ability to pursue and win more work.
