Values persistence and accountability in vendor/subcontractor management
Appreciates efficiency and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Direct communicator; prefers candidates who ask clarifying questions

Fluent English (written and verbal for subcontractor calls)
Minimum 6 years of construction estimating experience
Proficiency with Bluebeam OR willingness to learn quickly
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in US Eastern Time zone
Experience with heavy civil or earthwork estimating (asphalt/paving experience strongly preferred)
Comfort managing complex bid coordination and subcontractor outreach
Reliable internet and own computer setup
