About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who can help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and create content that strengthens our brand within the real estate investing space.
This role is built for someone who is deeply immersed in digital culture, understands how people in the US and Canada think and respond to messaging, and has a natural instinct for what makes content stop the scroll.
This is not primarily a paid advertising role. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands social media trends, knows how to create engaging content, and can help build an active and growing community across our social channels.
You'll play a key role in increasing visibility, driving engagement, and helping position our company as a trusted authority in real estate education.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what captures attention online, and enjoys experimenting with content formats, messaging, and audience engagement strategies.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms

Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience

Identify trends, content opportunities, and emerging formats that increase engagement

Grow audience reach, followers, and community engagement organically

Collaborate with leadership to turn coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets

Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Engage with followers and help foster an active online community

Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content opportunities

Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Support video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels
We care less about traditional experience and more about creative intelligence + cultural fluency + hunger to grow.
Deep understanding of US/Canadian culture, language, humor, and consumer behavior
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience creating engaging content for social media
Ability to identify trends and adapt content quickly
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars
Creative thinker with a growth mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have

Background in content creation, community management, or social media marketing
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook
Familiarity with the real estate, coaching, education, or entrepreneurship industries
Growing engagement and visibility across our social channels
Creating content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice
Building a stronger online presence around our events, coaching programs, and community
Consistently bringing fresh content ideas and growth opportunities to the team
Helping turn social media into a meaningful contributor to brand awareness and lead generation
