Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje. For the needs of our client, a fast-growing lead generation & automation service for US home service companies, we are recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Specialist. This position requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, to ensure clients achieve consistent lead flow, remain satisfied, and continuously grow their business through effective onboarding, campaign performance and support. Working hours: Monday - Friday: 16:00 - 00:00 (on-site only in Skopje) Responsibilities · Execute the full client onboarding process by following structured SOPs across platforms such as GoHighLevel and related tools. · Set up and configure client accounts, including automations, SMS campaigns, and system integrations, ensuring all processes are fully operational before launch. · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via WhatsApp and calls, maintaining clear, proactive, and timely communication. · Monitor campaign performance (lead volume, delivery rates, automation flows) and proactively identify and resolve any issues. · Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports aligned with internal standards. · Manage and refresh contact data lists when needed to maintain campaign performance. · Detect early signs of client dissatisfaction or churn risk and take immediate action to resolve concerns. · Build strong client relationships while identifying and executing upsell opportunities into higher tier packages. Requirements · 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency, SaaS company, or similar environment. · Proven experience onboarding clients onto technical platforms or marketing services. · Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. · Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage.) · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. · Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and follow processes precisely.
