IT Service Engineer

At Sensient Technologies, we are looking for a customer service focused front-line IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes to provide end-user support to a global user base.  As a Service Desk Engineer, you will make an impact on employee productivity by resolving technical issues efficiently,  escalating to other IT teams, and thoroughly communicating updates. 

• →Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, with previous experience in a global 24x7 technical team supporting applications and hardware in office, lab, and manufacturing environments
• →​Working experience or strong understanding of enterprise technologies (Office 365 and ServiceNow)
• →​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively with high attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
• →Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills
• →English as a primary language, multilingual preferred
• →Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• →Ability to lift 35 pounds
• →Ability to participate in after-hours and on-call work rotations
