DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE 

Essential

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in IT Project Management, with visible progression into senior positions.  
• Global Transformation: Extensive experience successfully delivering complex, large-scale global transformation projects and programmes.  
• Global Perspective: Experience navigating international delivery pressures, multi-layered workstreams, and cross-functional global teams.  
• Framework Flexibility: Strong knowledge of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional Waterfall, with the ability to manage hybrid models successfully.  
• Tooling Ecosystems: Proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.  

Required Competencies

• Resilience & Drive: An adaptable, delivery-focused approach with a strong attention to priorities, execution, and follow-through.  
• Mentorship & Collaboration: A calm, supportive approach under pressure, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior PMs and our PMO function.  
• Strategic Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and share clear project value with senior executives.  
• Exceptional Organisation: A natural ability to coordinate complex risks, dependencies, and resource allocations effectively. 

Required Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.  
• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, APM PMQ, or an equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
