Customer Service Representative

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Provider Representative to support provider enrollment activities and assist healthcare providers through inbound customer service and application processing.

• →Provide customer service to healthcare providers through inbound call support
• →Assist providers with enrollment, revalidation, and updates
• →Guide providers through online and paper enrollment applications
• →Review provider information for accuracy and completeness
• →Collect missing or incomplete documentation
• →Enter data and scan documentation as needed
• →Maintain security of electronic and paper provider records
• →Respond to provider inquiries regarding enrollment requirements
• →Document actions taken to resolve provider issues
• →Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
• →Assist with assigned projects and related duties

• Associate degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of health or human services experience with customer contact required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bilingual skills are a plus
