IT Support Specialist

Automated Health Systems is seeking an IT Specialist to support technology infrastructure, system operations, and IT initiatives.

• →Manage and support system infrastructure and operations
• →Coordinate IT activities and oversee technical support
• →Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• →Collaborate with internal and external technology teams
• →Support installation and maintenance of systems and software
• →Ensure secure transmission and management of data
• →Prepare reports on system performance
• →Assist with technology improvements and IT projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 3+ years of IT management or systems support experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Experience with system infrastructure and integrations preferred
