Associate Director, P&H Analytics (Healthcare Analytics)

• →Lead complex analytics projects across claims, healthcare, customer, product and proposition domains to generate actionable insights that drive business growth, customer value and portfolio sustainability.

• →Apply advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning and AI techniques to solve business problems, identify opportunities, and support strategic and operational decision-making.

• →Drive analytics supporting proposition development, healthcare initiatives, claims management and performance improvement, including evaluation of business outcomes and recommendations for optimisation.

• →Lead the design, development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting solutions and performance measurement frameworks to enable active monitoring of key business metrics and drivers.

• →Partner with stakeholders across Proposition & Healthcare, Claims, Operations, Technology and other business functions to ensure analytical insights are translated into practical actions and measurable business impact.
• →Promote best practices in analytics, data governance and insight generation, while providing technical expertise and thought leadership on analytics-related initiatives within the department.

• Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, Data Science, or related disciplines.

• 8-10 years of analytics experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or related sectors.

• Strong expertise in healthcare, claims, customer, and business performance analytics.

• Demonstrated experience in advanced analytics, predictive modelling, AI, and machine learning applications.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or equivalent analytical tools.

• Proven ability to influence business decisions through analytics and convert insights into measurable actions.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with senior management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Life and health insurance experiences are strongly preferred.
