About the Role
~1 min readThe position is responsible for the end-to-end management of integrated data and AI products to enhance customer intelligence, support data-driven decision-making and improve customer engagement across Hong Kong and Macau.
The incumbent will translate business priorities, customer needs and emerging AI opportunities into scalable data capabilities, customer tagging and segmentation products, and practical AI-enabled solutions that support marketing effectiveness, personalization, operational efficiency and business innovation.
The role will oversee product planning, requirements definition, roadmap prioritization, MVP scoping, delivery coordination, adoption monitoring and performance review for both customer data platform capabilities and AI use cases.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with business, analytics, technology, data governance, legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure that data and AI products are business-relevant, scalable, appropriately governed, responsibly implemented and effectively adopted by end users.
Responsibilities

- →Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for data and AI products, including customer data platform capabilities, tagging, segmentation and AI-enabled solutions.
- →Data and AI Product Development: Translate business needs into reusable data capabilities, customer tags, segmentation logic and practical AI use cases with clear requirements, MVP scope and success measures.
- →Stakeholder Management: Work with business, analytics, technology, data governance, legal and compliance teams to gather requirements, align priorities and manage delivery expectations.
- →Delivery and Adoption: Coordinate product delivery, UAT, release readiness, launch support and adoption tracking, supported by appropriate documentation and user guidance.
- →Governance and Quality: Ensure data and AI products meet relevant requirements for data quality, metadata, access control, privacy, compliance, responsible AI and operational readiness.
- →Performance Improvement: Monitor product performance, adoption and business impact, and identify opportunities to improve customer data products, AI use cases and user experience.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in product management, data product management, AI product delivery, customer analytics, digital transformation or related areas.
- Good understanding of customer data platforms, customer tagging, segmentation, metadata management, data quality and data governance concepts.
- Knowledge of AI use case design, generative AI applications, machine learning concepts or AI-enabled workflow automation would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, MVP scope, success metrics and delivery plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical business actions.
- Working knowledge of data analysis, visualisation or product delivery tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Jira or similar platforms would be an advantage.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with sound business acumen and the ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, governance requirements and business value.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity and drive change effectively.
