• 蒐集、分析及撰寫系統需求，協調跨部門溝通與資源整合，追蹤專案進度。

• 負責新契約系統功能優化、問題分析及異常排除，確保系統穩定運作並提升作業效率。

• 建立、維護及優化系統相關SOP、作業規範及管理文件。

• 執行委外廠商合約管理、供應商溝通協調、年度風險評估及查核作業 。

• 辦理部門日常行政事務、報表製作及相關庶務工作。
