About the Role
~1 min readBe up-to-date and well-versed with regulations pertaining to Agent onboarding, fit and proper requirements. Support the team in day-to-day tasks (provision of data/reports).
- Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new agents from Due Diligence, reference check, to eventual onboarding of new agents.
- Be up-to-date and well versed on the regulations and papers pertaining to onboarding of representatives and fit and proper guidelines.
- Drive and lead onboarding sessions to track and push for applications in pipelines.
- Prompt and quick follow-up with pipeline applications.
- Timely Agency and Agent code creation and filing of agents’ onboarding documents.
- Provide support in consolidation of agents’ stats (Demographics/Adverse)
- Monitor and track agents that has adverse records or are on Monitoring.
- Timely support in processing of agents’ movement.
- Preparation of payment files (pertaining to onboarding and representatives).
- Streamlining and improving processes.
- Lead project discussions pertaining to onboarding and agency movement.
- Timely update of agents’ particulars and details
- Assist in license registration of agents in MAS and GIA
- Support in Annual Fit and Proper exercise
- Support in agent code creation/maintenance for other Business Divisions
- Support in reports generation and data analysis.
- Support in FC migrations across different entities where required.
- Perform gap analysis and ensure SOP are updated in timely manner.
- Weekend month-end support required if last day of month falls on weekend.
- Perform UAT and post implementation checks on platforms related to recruitment.
- Ad hoc projects/assignments by the Manager.
Requirements
- Education – Diploma/Degree
- Experience – At lease 2-5 Years of operations related role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
- Soft Skills –
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Independent
