Culture Clarification
Strategically develop and produce compelling culture stories that embody AIA’s core values and promise, transforming abstract cultural concepts into relatable human narratives for diverse employee audiences.
Design and execute visually engaging HR newsletters with strong storytelling elements that highlight employee journeys, cultural milestones, and wellness initiatives aligned with AIA Culture.
Create platform-specific cultural content for internal channels (WeChat work, intranet) that resonates with different employee segments, incorporating multimedia storytelling formats including short videos, infographics, and interactive elements.
Establish consistent cultural messaging frameworks that translate AIA’s global cultural pillars into locally relevant content while maintaining brand integrity across all communication touchpoints.

 

Culture Activation
Design and facilitate immersive culture workshops using experiential learning methodologies that help new employees connect emotionally with AIA’s purpose and values through storytelling and interactive activities.
Develop onboarding culture journeys that incorporate authentic employee stories and visual narratives to accelerate new hire cultural integration and sense of belonging.
Create culture activation toolkits for managers with ready-to-use storytelling templates, discussion guides, and visual assets to reinforce cultural understanding during team meetings and daily interactions.
Produce “culture champion” spotlight series featuring employees who exemplify AIA Culture in action, creating relatable role models that inspire behavioral change across the organization.

 

Culture Solidification
Partner with Talent Acquisition to weave AIA’s cultural narrative into recruitment materials, interview processes, and candidate experiences, ensuring cultural alignment begins at the earliest touchpoint.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate cultural storytelling elements into leadership programs and employee development journeys, using real employee experiences as teaching tools.
Work with Performance Management teams to develop culturally-aligned recognition frameworks that highlight and reward behaviors demonstrating AIA Culture through compelling storytelling.
Support HR Business Partners in translating business initiatives into culturally-resonant communications that connect organizational goals with AIA’s purpose-driven identity, creating cohesive narrative threads across all HR practices.

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Human Resource (or related field).
5+ years working experience in Marketing/PR/Social Media or HR related functions.
Result oriented, outgoing, able to handle multi-tasks, resilient.
Strong communication and Influential skills.
Project management experience is needed.
