About the Role

~1 min read- →Conduct post-investment monitoring and management of debt plan issued, including post-investment management reports, information disclosure, regulatory reporting, and coordination of product valuation…etc.
- →Collect materials related to post-investment management and continuously monitor key clauses and risk indicators.
- →Participate in product initiation and features updating.
- →Participate in principal & interests repayment, payment distribution, and drafting post-investment transaction documents (if any).
- →Participate in communication with external investors and promote the voting issues of beneficiary meetings.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university. Major in Finance/Economy/Law/Accounting preferred.
- Experience: At least 4-year experience of debt product operation and post-investment management in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.
- Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, activity planning and written communication skills.
- Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
