专员，消保与客服岗

岗位职责：
•    协助主管落实本机构的消费者权益保护各类业务督导工作，包括但不限于消保审查，消保风险提示及整改推进等；
•    负责协调本机构各项消费者保护金融教育相关活动，组织实施各类相关培训宣导工作，提升消保工作成效
•    承担来访客户及营销员的柜台咨询接待工作，为客户及营销员提供良好的服务。完成权限内的理赔、保单服务的初审工作，为客户及营销员提供一站式服务
•    妥善处理客户提出的各类投诉，及时化解矛盾，发现风险，及时呈报。通过各项服务新举措，不断提升客户体验
•    发现工作中的痛点，主动提出改善性建议。在工作中发现潜在风险并及时反馈，积极提出解决方案
•    新单回执回访后续跟踪及监控工作，定期汇总并及时通知销售部门做好跟进工作等
•    宣导运营信息，对业务渠道提供个性化的运营服务支持
•    主管安排的其他工作

任职要求：
•    大学本科或以上学历。具有2年以上工作经验，保险、经济、法律等相关专业优先考虑
•    认同公司企业文化
•    具有团队合作精神，责任心强，工作积极主动，性格开朗，为人随和
•    良好的沟通能力，清晰的文字及语言表达能力
•    具有较强的写作能力
•    具有创新思维，不断提出新服务举措
•    较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力，抗压能力强
