Patient-first model: 1-hour evaluations and maximum of two patients per hour (no double-booked evaluations)

Sports and orthopedic care with a focus on return-to-sport, ACL rehab, and performance-based rehab

Advanced tools: VALD ForceDecks, VALD HHD, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

AI scribe documentation support to reduce charting time so you can focus on patient care and quality of life

Direct mentorship with the clinic owner and structured onboarding

Gradual caseload ramp with support in clinical decision-making and workflow

Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)

Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)
