Bulk Transport Initiative Deputy Leader

Continue to steer Phase 1: to accompany the change towards resources utilization monitoring process and associated dashboard the group dashboard
Complete Phase 2: deploying transport resource sizing process while working on its industrialization to make it sustainable.
Unfold Phase 3 : focusing on the performance drive through planned vs realised hours process deployments
Structure and deploy phase 4: driving change to harmonized contracting models and invoicing structures as well as Self Billing.
Furthermore, given the evolving nature of group-level transport resource management, it is critical to strengthen ongoing collaboration with procurement and gain deeper insights into the transport cost structure through comprehensive analysis.
Additionally, to mitigate driver shortages across clusters and adapt to cross-border challenges, the role will require evaluating and developing innovative organizational models with carrier partners, such as joint ventures and local internalization.
Reporting to the head office the role is global, with close contact to all clusters and more specifically the E2E and Bulk scheduling center stakeholders
Proven background in bulk supply chain operations
Proficiency in business analysis and operational control
Experience managing carrier contracts and collaborating with category managers or terminal/depot hubs
Strong project management capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Professional fluency in English with effective communication skills
Focus on people leadership and change management expertise
