Acompanha e estrutura os processos administrativos do grupo: É responsável pela inserção de todos os dados relacionados à produção (Oracle R12, LIMS, Servitrax, Intelex, folha de pagamento).

Coordena compras: É responsável pelo pedido e inventário de rótulos/etiquetas, mantendo a organização da sala de rotulagem. Zela e organiza os estoques.

Analisa o acompanhamento da produção: Revisa e analisa relatórios de produção, controle de qualidade, manutenção e operações a fim de compreender as causas das oportunidades de melhoria e eventuais pontos de atenção na produção.

Coordena a distribuição de cilindros: Acompanha os níveis de estoque de cilindros para dar suporte e acolher as necessidades dos clientes.

Garante a comunicação interna: Promove uma comunicação fluida e empática com os colaboradores para apoiar operações otimizadas, priorizando as expectativas e a satisfação dos clientes.

Formação: Graduação na área correspondente, como Administração de Empresas, Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain) ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência prévia: Desejável vivência sólida em operações e logística (ou experiência equivalente).

Conhecimentos: Conhecimento em organização e gestão de estoques será um diferencial; forte conhecimento ou facilidade em informática, processamento de dados, construção de soluções e atenção aos detalhes.
