Gestionnaire de Paie H/F

Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers!

Compétences techniques

• Formation académique Bac +3 Paie ;

• 1 à 5 ans d'expérience ;

• Maîtrise des règles de calcul de paie et de l’administration du personnel ;

• Connaissances des fondamentaux du droit social ;

• Aisance avec les outils SIRH ;

• Maîtrise d’Excel ou de Google Sheets.

Compétences transverses

• Vous avez développé votre rigueur et votre fiabilité ;

• Vous êtes organisé et autonome ;

• Votre sens du service et votre écoute vous permettent d'assurer la satisfaction des clients internes ;

• Vous démontrez un esprit d'équipe et une capacité à être force de proposition.
