• Recrutamento End-to-End: Condução de todas as etapas da vaga, do alinhamento do perfil com os gestores até a contratação e integração do colaborador.
• Atração e Seleção: Mapeamento de mercado, triagem de currículos, realização de entrevistas (avaliando aspectos técnicos e culturais) e participação em eventos de atração/feiras de carreiras.
• Projetos Estratégicos: Suporte em iniciativas de Marca Empregadora (Employer Branding), programas de Trainees e Estagiários, e estratégias de Diversidade & Inclusão.
• Inteligência de Mercado: Análise de dados e tendências do mercado de trabalho e uso de métricas de recrutamento para otimizar os processos da área.

Higher education completed (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

● Advanced English (essential for meetings and processes).

● Knowledge of Workday (desirable).

● Knowledge of data analysis (HR KPIs and metrics) is desirable.

● Knowledge of or sensitivity toward diversity hiring/roles.
