What We Offer
~1 min readTotal Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED OR 5+ years of experience
3+ years of related experience
Ability to identify and analyze situations when customer forecast does not equal actual usage
Ability to utilize Min/Mix system to accurately forecast
Familiar with Inventory Control Applications
Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Ability to communicate and coordinate issues
Good Communication Skills: Ability to follow/give both written and verbal instructions
Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, act as a mentor to all junior technicians
Knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety parameters and personnel requirements
Self motivated to learn
Display aptitude for controlling an emergency situation and coordinating problem solving actions
Able to understand and abide by stringent safety rules
Demonstrate ability to train junior technicians
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 60 lbs
Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours per day
Ability to operate hydraulic foot pump (55 gallon drums - drums could be up to 500 lbs)
Job requires constant bending to successfully complete shift tasks (validating information, checking systems, etc.)
Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE for certain job tasks
