We are looking for potential candidates who are eager to learn and grow to join our young talent team.

Bangkok

GTM Partner & Product Performance Specialist to support and optimize business operations, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth strategies for hyperscale cloud products, including Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
This role serves as a key business enabler by improving sales execution, operational processes, and GTM Partner alignment. It helps leadership stay focused on strategic priorities while maintaining clear visibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer feedback, product and sales performance, executive reporting metrics, and GTM effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making.

• Prepare reports and actionable insights that give leadership a clear view of business performance, trends, and growth opportunities.

• Support the execution of go-to-market plans and partner programs to maximize business value for the business group.

• Drive partner enablement and readiness, including support for partner tiers, Microsoft specializations, and designations.

• Provide sales enablement support through market insights, competitive analysis, and deal-structuring guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, or the cloud and ICT reseller business.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, CSP/LSP models, cloud reseller business models, or ICT solutions is preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Support funding programs, co-sell initiatives, and promotional strategies to increase market adoption and business growth.

• Experience in data visualization and analytics is a strong advantage.
