We are looking for potential candidates who are eager to learn and grow to join our young talent team.
Roles & Responses
1. Responsible for FBB customer relationship management to strengthen customer engagement.
2. Analyze FBB profile in order to understand customer insight and design retention campaign.
3. Measure & Monitor retention campaign effectiveness & business impacts from campaigns.
4. Improve customer experience in each moment of truth, Strengthen benefit and Treatment.
5. Responsible for CRM campaign execution focusing on myAIS app., Full-e Services for digitize lift style.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in MKT, Business Computer, MIS or related field.
2. At least 1-2 years’ experience in campaign execution, campaign analysis, market analysis, CRM campaign management.
3. Able to take data analysis and understand customer behaviors to capture by segmentation and set attractive offering.
4. Knowledgeable and at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Tableau ,Power BI
5. Analytical Thinking and possesses experiences in CRM, Project Management.
