Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Engineer ( Group Leader ) 

Work Schedule: Full-Time / 3-Shift Rotational System

Location: Istanbul / Tuzla (DESBAS - Free Zone)

Reporting To: Production Manager

Ajax Systems is the largest European developer and manufacturer of professional security systems. Our back office, R&D center, and two full-cycle manufacturing facilities are located in Ukraine. We also operate branch offices globally: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. Our team comprises over 2,200 employees, including 500+ developers and 1,200+ production workers.

We are seeking Production Engineers to join our production management team at our manufacturing facility in Istanbul DESBAS (Tuzla). In this key strategic role, you will supervise all production processes, lead the shift teams, and ensure strict compliance with company quality standards to drive long-term business growth.
