Job Opening – Senior Operations Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Working Mode: 6 Days in a Week Strong understanding of backend and operational processes Excellent command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills High attention to detail with discipline and punctuality Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities Perform regular operational checks and ensure process compliance Coordinate with internal teams for smooth task execution Track, analyze, and report operational data Support documentation, MIS reporting, and process improvements Identify gaps and suggest operational efficiencies Eligibility & Preferences: Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent) 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech or BFSI Strong Excel and data-handling skills Comfortable working in a full-time, in-office role
