Responsibilities

  • →Create a positive, team mindset culture
  • →Coach employees while maintaining accountability
  • →Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow
  • →Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience
  • →Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments
  • →Maintain an office where employees feel valued and supported

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Healthcare or Business Administration
  • MPA, MBA or MHA a plus
  • 5+ yrs previous medical practice management experience
