Camp Boss

Position: Camp Boss

Salary: 4000-5000 AED

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the camp, including maintenance, housekeeping, and food services

- Ensure all camp facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained

- Supervise and train camp staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel

- Maintain accurate records of camp residents and visitors, including check-in and check-out procedures

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient services for camp residents

- Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate department

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations

- Manage camp budget and expenses, including ordering and inventory of supplies

- Act as a liaison between camp residents and management, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular inspections of the camp facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

- Plan and organize recreational activities and events for camp residents

- Prepare and submit reports on camp activities and operations to management as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role

- Experience in managing and supervising staff

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Must be able to live on-site at the camp facility if required
