Civil Engineer

• →Manage and supervise civil construction activities within live substations.
• →Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures.
• →Coordinate site activities with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• →Ensure compliance with TAQA/TRANSCO civil work specifications and standards.
• →Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control documentation.
• →Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment resources.
• →Monitor project progress and ensure completion within schedule.
• →Identify safety hazards and implement mitigation measures in coordination with HSE teams.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 8-10 years of substation civil construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of TAQA/TRANSCO civil specifications and standards.
• Experience working inside live substations.
• CICPA Pass mandatory.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and HSE requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
