We are seeking Assistant Scientists, with a passion for innovation to join R&D team in Hangzhou City (China) to augment our novel biomarker detection and quantitation capability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and will be a part of a rapidly growing company to make a big impact in life science research and early disease diagnosis.

Primary Responsibilities :

Execute experiments for new biomarker detection to generate high quality data.
Maintain reagent libraries; maintain accurate records of work performed, including reagents, methodology, and results.
Perform root cause investigation and corrective actions.
Management and regular maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Perform other duties and assume additional departmental responsibilities as required.

Requirements include:

B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience running ELISA, qPCR or other related immunoassay platform assay
Be proficient in experiments.
Self-motivation with a positive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment required.
