We are seeking Assistant Scientists, with a passion for innovation to join R&D team in Hangzhou City (China) to augment our novel biomarker detection and quantitation capability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and will be a part of a rapidly growing company to make a big impact in life science research and early disease diagnosis.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Execute experiments for new biomarker detection to generate high quality data.
  • Maintain reagent libraries; maintain accurate records of work performed, including reagents, methodology, and results.
  • Perform root cause investigation and corrective actions.
  • Management and regular maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Perform other duties and assume additional departmental responsibilities as required.

Requirements include:

  • B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience running ELISA, qPCR or other related immunoassay platform assay
  • Be proficient in experiments.
  • Self-motivation with a positive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment required.
