Responsibilities

  • Processing sales team orders (preparing documentation, organizing transport) in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Contact with customers within pre- and post-sales processes (e.g., complaints, shipment status, stock levels)
  • Communication with colleagues regarding product availability and order fulfillment
  • Entering data into IT systems and monitoring data quality within these systems
  • Processing documents in line with applicable procedures

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2+ level
  • Experience working in a sales support or customer service team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (ability to work with data tables, knowledge of basic formulas)
  • Experience working with domestic and international carriers is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of current export regulations (e.g., completion of a customs law course in export) is an advantage
  • Long-term employment contract (CoE).
