Here you point AI at the real world: trillions of euros of real estate and construction decisions, made measurably better.

You ship customer-visible product inside a Core team in Financial Management, and you own features from problem to production. You work with customers and teammates, prototype early, and ship in small iterations. AI coding tools are part of your normal workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end to end: discovery, implementation, rollout, and the metric that shows whether it worked.
  • Build in our stack (TypeScript on the frontend, Python and Django on the backend) inside a large existing codebase.
  • Work on our Financial Management AI product areas, such as dashboards, reporting, appraisals, and planning, as the team prioritizes.
  • Talk to customers and internal stakeholders when it helps you make better calls.
  • Name tradeoffs openly, whether they are about time, cost, UX, or quality.
  • 4–10+ years building product software (TypeScript / Python preferred).
  • A track record of driving end-to-end features (not just refactors) with visible product impact, ideally in B2B SaaS where the domain is hard.
  • You're comfortable in an existing codebase: you debug, refactor, and review your own and others' code.
  • You use AI coding tools regularly and can explain what you trust the tool to do versus what you verify yourself.
  • First experience shipping LLM or agent features (prompts, evals, tool use, model choice for cost and latency), or comparable depth you're keen to grow.
  • VSOP: You participate in Alasco's long-term success.
  • AI-first, not AI-washed: We are building AI into the core of our product, not bolting it on as a feature.
  • Munich HQ with a hybrid-friendly culture and a team that takes craft seriously.
  • Workation: Up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Vacation: 28 days off to recharge.
  • Navit or Wellpass: €40/month subsidy for mobility, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Company & team events: Regular offsites, team get-togethers, and moments worth celebrating.
  • A product problem space that is genuinely hard and genuinely worth solving.

Real estate is one of the world’s largest, most capital-intensive - and least digitized - industries. We’re changing that. Alasco is building the leading AI Platform for Real Estate, purpose-built for an era in which AI fundamentally reshapes how decisions are made. If you want to work where technological possibility has a direct seat at the decision-making table, this is your place.

We deliver impact to several hundred customers already today - making investment and construction decisions measurably better for our customers. And we’re just getting started.

We welcome applications from all people. Regardless of gender, origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
