Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for consistent miles and weekly home time.

Home Time: Home weekly with consistent scheduling. Your main running area will be the Midwest and east of I-35, but when freight needs arise you could be covering all 48 states. No forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs. Drivers run consistent freight with a focus on steady miles and reliable scheduling throughout the week. This CDL-A truck driver position is designed to keep you moving while still getting you home weekly. Loads are planned in advance to reduce downtime and support on-time deliveries across your assigned routes.

Consistent dispatch support helps keep drivers moving with minimal downtime.

Overview:

• Weekly pay of $1,450 to $1,650
• Home weekly
• Running east of I-35 with no NYC routes
• Full benefits: medical, PTO, and 401K with match
• Late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks with driver amenities

Equipment: You'll primarily be driving 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts with a reefer trailer. Every truck comes equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters. Drivers operate trucks governed at 70 MPH with no inward-facing cameras.

Driver Orientation: 3-day orientation (held on Mondays and Wednesdays). Orientation includes everything you need to get started successfully before being assigned your truck and first load. Transportation is provided, along with a single hotel room and meals. Drivers receive $375 for orientation.
