• →Lead the process technology strategy for the DLE operation.
• →Manage process optimization, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Provide technical leadership to operations, project and commissioning teams.
• →Ensure process stability, quality, productivity and recovery targets are achieved.
• →Lead process control, process engineering and technology improvement activities.
• →Support operational readiness and ramp-up of the DLE facility.
• →Drive innovation and best practices to maximize plant performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial processing experience.
• Experience leading process engineering and process technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and process control systems.
• Experience supporting plant start-up, operational readiness or commissioning activities.

• Postgraduate studies related to Process Engineering, Metallurgy or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in lithium, mining, chemicals or hydrometallurgical operations.
• Experience with advanced process control and digital technologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
