*Fabrication Technician

Fabricate, assemble, and inspect aluminum containers per engineering drawings, company production procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.

The standard schedule for this position is:

• →Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• →Night Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, and Thursday, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Flexibility may be required to work additional hours, evenings, or weekends based on production needs.

• →Standing: More than 2/3 of the time
• →Walking: 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
• →Sitting: Less than 1/3 of the time
• →Lifting: Up to 50 pounds (occasional)
• →Crouching, stooping, reaching, or stretching: Less than 1/3 of the time
• →Speaking and hearing: As needed for communication
• →Visual acuity required for close work and inspection

Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise levels.

The pay range for this role is:

20.00 - 22.00 USD per hour (Garrett Container - Amarillo, TX)
