Production Support- Nightshift- Sunday-Thursday

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Support on the Nightshift from Sunday to Thursday. This position is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines during the night and allows you to be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Assisting in the setup and operation of production machinery to maximize efficiency during your shift.
• Supporting production teams in meeting set targets through various operational tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conducting quality checks on products and promptly reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Engaging in training and skill development to improve your contributions to the team.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to promote a positive workplace culture.

• No previous experience needed; however, experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively coordinate with colleagues.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, night-time production environment.
• Basic numeracy skills to assist with quality control processes and reporting.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and taking on new responsibilities.
• Must be available to work Nightshift from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift hours to be discussed during the interview.
• Hourly rate: £13.17 plus shift allowance
