As a Customer Operations & Contracts Assistant supporting the Customer Operations and Contracts & Tender teams, you will provide operational and administrative support across customer service activities and a key contract migration project at our Budapest office, conveniently located near Móricz Zsigmond körtér, on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.
- Supporting Customer Operations by processing and uploading invoices, delivery notes and other documentation in customer and tender portals, as well as handling customer-related administrative requests in SAP
- Maintaining accurate customer data, preparing reports, supporting environmental fee reporting activities, and assisting with translation of selected business materials from English to Hungarian
- Collaborating with the Contracts & Tender team to support the migration of existing contracts into the new Icertis contract management platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Working with SAP, Salesforce CRM, Icertis and other business applications to support daily operations and project-related activities
- Cooperating closely with local stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of customer service and contract administration processes during a major business transformation project
- Secondary school diploma required, ongoing or completed higher education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, operational support or a similar role is preferred
- Fluent Hungarian and good English language skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
- Strong MS Office knowledge, SAP experience is an advantage, Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive, reliable and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
