- フィールドサービスエンジニアの業務を支援するオペレーション業務
- 修理・メンテナンスに必要な部品の手配および在庫管理(SAPを使用)
- サプライチェーン、倉庫、海外拠点との調整および出荷・納期管理
- 緊急案件における優先出荷手配および対応管理
- 購買オーダー作成・管理およびベンダーとの連携
- 返品・不具合品対応およびトラッキング管理
- 専門学校卒以上
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel:関数・ピボットテーブルの活用、PowerPointでの資料作成)
- 社内外関係者と円滑に業務を進めるコミュニケーション能力
- 英語力(読解・メール対応および簡単な会話)
- SAP等のシステム使用経験
- サプライチェーン、購買、在庫管理いずれかの経験

- This role plays a critical part in supporting Field Service Engineers and contributes to the stable operation of ophthalmic equipment and improved customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with global supply chain teams and cross-functional stakeholders, gaining a global perspective and strong coordination skills
- Opportunity to proactively drive process improvements and standardization while building efficient operational frameworks
- Potential to grow into leadership or managerial roles while deepening your expertise in operations
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide operational support for Field Service Engineers
- →Arrange spare parts required for repair and maintenance, and manage inventory using SAP
- →Coordinate with supply chain teams, warehouses, and overseas affiliates to manage shipments and delivery schedules
- →Handle urgent cases by arranging priority shipments and tracking progress
- →Create and manage purchase orders, and collaborate with vendors
- →Manage returns and defective products, including tracking and follow-up
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate degree, technical college diploma, or higher
- Basic PC skills (Excel including functions and pivot tables, PowerPoint for presentations)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- English proficiency (reading, writing emails, and basic conversation)
- Experience using SAP or similar systems
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or service operations
