We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing CRM Architect to lead the evolution, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who combines deep CRM architecture expertise with strong business understanding. You will play a key role in designing scalable customer engagement solutions, optimizing marketing and sales processes, and driving innovation through modern AI and automation tools such as Claude AI and N8N.
You will work closely with commercial, marketing, and technology stakeholders to ensure our CRM ecosystem supports business growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem
Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including journeys, segmentation, automation, and campaign orchestration
Work across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless lead lifecycle and customer engagement processes
Design scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions aligned with business goals
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, tools, and data sources
Leverage AI tools such as Claude AI to improve CRM workflows, productivity, personalization, and automation opportunities
Develop and maintain automated workflows using N8N and other low-code/no-code technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Act as the subject matter expert for CRM architecture, integrations, and marketing automation best practices
Support CRM optimization initiatives focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy
Provide technical leadership and guidance across CRM-related projects and implementations
Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem innovations, AI trends, and automation technologies
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce ecosystems in a senior CRM, Marketing Automation, or Architect role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience designing and managing CRM architecture and integrations
Experience with AI tools such as Claude for workflow optimization and business productivity
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentation, and CRM best practices
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and business platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
