→Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (preferred)
→Active and unrestricted California medical license
→Experience in Geriatric Medicine and/or primary care is a plus
→Strong communication and interpersonal skills
→Experience with Epic (EHR) is a plus
→Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
→Strong time management and organizational skills
→Comfortable working independently and in team based environments
→Compassionate bedside manner with a commitment to providing patient centered care.
→Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
