Role: USI-CTS SAP EC Time and Attendance Specialist Position 5+ Yrs Location: HYDERABAD, India Experience: 2 to 4 years Requirements SAP EC Time and Attendance Specialist Position 5+ Yrs Implementation & Configuration Lead end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off (absence) and Time Tracking(attendance). Design and implement complex Time Valuations, Overtime Rules, shift premiums, and pay-type calculations. Requirements Gathering & Design Conduct business blueprint/discovery workshops to gather, document, and analyze HR and workforce management requirements. Map standard and custom MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, Business Rules, and workflows to support client policies. Integration & Data Management Ensure seamless integration of EC Time Management with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, and third-party time clocks. Configure SuccessFactors Integration Center and utilize SAP CPI/BTP for advanced data exchange. Testing & Go-Live Support Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing cycles.
