Role: USI-CTH Oracle HCM Technical - Maverick Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 3-5 years USI-CTH Oracle HCM Technical - Maverick Oracle HCM Technical : 1 FTE Senior Consultant and 1 FTE Consultant JD: Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant Key job responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL Able to debug and modify fast formulas Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client. Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
