Role:Wynsure Developer / Insurance Application Developer Experience:3-8Years Location:Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Chennai Work Mode:Hybrid Type:Contract to Hire Notice Period: 0-60 days max Requirements We are looking for a skilled Wynsure Developer with strong expertise in eWAM and the Gold Programming Language to develop, enhance, and support enterprise insurance applications built on the Wynsure platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Wynsure ecosystem, API integrations, and insurance domain knowledge, along with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and modern software development practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance applications on the Wynsure platform using eWAM and Gold Programming Language. Design, develop, and implement new features based on business and functional requirements. Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide both short-term fixes and long-term solutions. Develop and maintain REST-based APIs for seamless integration between Wynsure and external systems. Work with the Wynsure data model and relational databases to ensure efficient data management. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices. Required Skills Must-Have Skills 3–10 years of software development experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Wynsure development. Strong expertise in eWAM. Hands-on experience with Gold Programming Language. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns. Experience working with the Wynsure Data Model. Strong SQL and Relational Database experience. Experience developing and consuming REST/JSON Web Services. Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture. Hands-on experience with Git. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with JIRA. Domain Knowledge Basic understanding of Life Insurance processes. Basic understanding of Health Insurance processes. Basic understanding of Disability Insurance business workflows. Good-to-Have Skills Cloud platform awareness (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Insurance domain certifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.
