Welder II

• →At least 2 years welding, preferably in stainless steel and carbon steel piping/pressure vessels.
• →Ability to custom fit various piping, tubing, and clamps onto skid base.
• →Ability to perform weld repairs on different pipe sizes.
• →Ability to pass NDT on weld performed in 6G position.
• →Complete understanding of blueprints and ability to work from written and verbal instructions.
• →Thorough experience using a wide variety of hand tools and capable of fitting and setting up details required for fabricated assemblies.
• →Knowledge of basic computer operation.

• →Professional Certification will be a plus

• Job will generally be performed in a factory but may require international travel to a client's production facility or industrial/construction job site.
• Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply.

• To perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to write and feel objects, tools, or operate welding machines.
• Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This could include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. may be required.

• Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, etc.
• Global travel.

• Complete safety training requirements.
• Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager.
• Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed and direct team and others to do the same as appropriate.
