We build robotics wearable hardware. Ukraine is where our newest work meets the toughest conditions, and we need one strong leader on the ground. You would run our Ukraine operation end to end, lead our engineers and make sure the people building the product always know what is happening in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team. You will manage our field engineers, the Kyiv office and everyone around them, and keep the operation running day to day.
• Keep customers happy. You own how our products perform for existing customers and for each new one as units ship, and you fix problems early.
• Be the voice of the field. You watch how conditions and needs are changing and send engineering clear, timely updates before they have to ask.
• Open doors. You meet new military units and partners and build our own network in Ukraine, so we grow relationships ourselves.
• Decide quickly. Leadership won't always be nearby, so you make calls on your own and know when to bring something to the team.

• You have led teams or operations when the pressure was real, and stayed calm.
• You know the military environment in Ukraine well.
• You're comfortable enough with engineering to be taken seriously by engineers.
• You can have a sales conversation and a technical conversation on the same day.
• You communicate clearly, and your English is fluent.
• You can be in our Kyiv office every day.

• Served in the military, or worked closely with Ukrainian units or the defense industry
• Led large teams or big projects
• Come from a defense technology company or hardware operations
• A creative, self-directed way of handling open-ended problems
