- Desarrollar, documentar y validar parámetros de proceso de inyección para máquinas horizontales (LK, Frech, Producer, etc.).
- Liderar el análisis de causa raíz para defectos de fundición (porosidad, flow marks, rechupes, etc.).
- Diseñar y validar secuencias de corte y troqueles de trimming para minimizar rebaba y defectos.
- Elaborar y mantener documentación APQP (PFMEA, Plan de Control, Diagramas de Flujo).
- Impulsar la reducción de scrap y mejora del OEE mediante metodologías estructuradas (5-Why, Six Sigma).
- Realizar estudios de capacidad de proceso (Cp/Cpk) y control estadístico.
- Educación: Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Metalúrgica o Mecatrónica (Título indispensable).
- Experiencia: 3 a 5 años de experiencia comprobable en procesos de fundición a presión (Die Casting) de Zinc o Aluminio.
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Operación de máquinas de inyección, procesos de trimming/troquelado, metalurgia de aleaciones de zinc, y lectura de planos (GD&T).
- Calidad: Fuerte dominio de metodología APQP/AIAG, PFMEA y normas NADCA.
- Idioma: Inglés técnico intermedio-avanzado (capaz de documentar e interactuar con matriz/clientes).
- Disponibilidad: Para cubrir turnos rotativos y trabajar en ambiente de planta de fundición.
