Senior Test Automation & DevOps Engineer

This is an opportunity to go beyond test scripting—you'll define the automation strategy, integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI-powered tools to transform the software development lifecycle.

Full-Time

• →Design, build, and maintain a scalable, modular test automation framework from scratch.
• →Define automation strategies across API, UI, integration, and performance testing.
• →Establish automation best practices, design patterns, and reporting standards.
• →Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps or other CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• →Configure deployment gates, automated triggers, and optimize test execution using Docker and parallel testing.
• →Drive the adoption of AI-powered engineering tools, including LLMs, MCP agents, and autonomous workflows.
• →Mentor engineering teams and promote automation excellence across the organization.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Test Automation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing a test automation framework from scratch.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps (preferred), GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including LLM APIs, MCP agents, n8n, or AI copilots.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members.
