I’m currently sourcing for a high-level Technology Project Manager to join a global technology environment and work closely with U.S.-based technology leadership and stakeholders.

📍 Location: Colombia, Mexico or Guatemala
🏠 Work model: Remote
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
🗣️ English: C1 – fluent written and spoken English

This is not a generalist Project Manager role.

We are looking for a technology project leader who has personally owned major, complex projects within large enterprise environments.

• Ownership of a significant technology project from planning through delivery
• Experience managing scope, budget, timelines and cross-functional teams
• Measurable business outcomes and the ability to quantify project impact
• Experience navigating competing stakeholders, organizational complexity and executive visibility
• Coordination across technology delivery, IT operations and rollout activities
• Strong understanding of software delivery and technology environments
• Proven experience using AI tools to improve, manage or scale project work
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience leading significant technology initiatives within large, complex or global organizations where projects involved multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies and business functions.
