** This is an onsite role in Pittsburgh**

All Lines is seeking a skilled professional IT Security and Compliance Analyst. If you are experienced with administrative details within Windows Active Directory, we would like to talk to you about this exciting opportunity in the downtown Pittsburgh area. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for to define, measure and improve security and compliance, and to organize and deliver security and compliance projects. The successful candidate will be part of a team that delivers security and compliance services including security awareness, training, documentation, policy development and security product deployment. Provides high level assistance to various IT and business units with IT security and audit concerns. Reviews and updates Disaster Recovery (DR), Incident Response and Crisis Management plans. Define measures, communicates and improves security and compliance metrics including DR, PCI, SOX, HIPPA, Export Control/Compliance, Technical controls and others. Security Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Administer user access rights and roles across enterprise systems and applications 
  • Implement and manage provisioning/de-provisioning procedures for internal and external users 
  • Monitor access activity and conduct periodic access reviews and audits  
  • Identify and remediate access control vulnerabilities or policy violations 
  • Collaborate with IT and HR for seamless identity lifecycle management 
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems 
  • Document and maintain IAM processes, standards, and knowledge base articles 
  • Respond to internal access-related service requests and incidents in a timely manner 
  • Contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) by supporting identity governance
Qualifications:
  • A 4-year degree in a computer-related field
  • 2 years experience in IT administration or IT support
  • Moderate knowledge in security administration,
  • Moderate knowledge in operating system basics
  • Basic security audit experience
  • Strong organizational skills
