As an Insurance Sales Associate with Allstate, you’ll be the face of our brand both in the Corporate Store location and in your community — welcoming customers, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most.

This is a brand-new opportunity within Allstate’s sales approach, giving you the chance to help pave the way forward. You’ll work in a local market with significant untapped potential, creating connections, growing your customer base, and making a direct impact on our success.

You will utilize your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license or obtain your license with Allstate’s licensing assistance and reimbursement of licensing exam and fees upon approval.  

Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers with personalized, friendly service

  • Generate leads through outbound calls and participation in local events

  • Build referral networks with existing customers and community organizations

  • Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions

  • Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully

What We Offer

Active Personal Lines or General P&C license (preferred, not required)
1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus preferred; insurance sales experience helpful but not required
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement
Openness to coaching and feedback
    • A confident communicator who can connect quickly and adapt your message to different audiences

    • Resilient, persistent, and energized by hitting (and exceeding) goals

    Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.

     

    When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
