We’re looking for a Creative Data Scientist focused on marketing creatives and user acquisition. You will apply data science, statistics, and A/B testing methodologies to test, analyse, and optimise ad creatives at scale, directly impacting paid growth performance.
This is a hands-on role rooted in live experiments, real ad spend, and measurable results.
Responsibilities

Apply data science and statistical methods to analyse and predict the performance of ads and marketing creatives across UA channels.

Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests using experimentation and statistical analysis.

Build data-driven frameworks to decide which creatives to scale, iterate on, or stop.

Use AI and ML tools to support creative scoring, testing, and performance analysis in production.

Partner closely with Creative and UA teams to embed data science into creative experimentation workflows.

Translate experimental results into clear recommendations for campaign and creative strategy.
Proven experience applying data science to A/B testing in marketing, growth, or user acquisition.
Strong hands-on background in statistical testing, experiment design, and result interpretation.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and experimentation workflows.
Experience working with performance data, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
Ability to communicate experiment results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
